PAK 2000-Mirror Lake, New Hampshire – Direct Mail Design

Company - PAK 2000 began business in 1972 as a provider of custom, high-quality, plastic shopping bags to luxury retailers worldwide. An innovator from the start, the company expanded its offering to include premium paper products in 1980. A year later, PAK 2000 became one of the first companies to offer security bags in high-strength plastic, providing a time- and money-saving alternative to cloth and canvas.

Over the next 14 years, PAK 2000 would grow in leaps and bounds, emerging in 1995 as the world leader in the manufacture and supply of high-end plastic security bags. The stage was set for another period of innovation. Highlights include the launch of the IntervoidTM Security Bag in 1995, Security Products Division in 2000 and SurecoinTM Security Bag in 2001.

Today, PAK 2000 Security Products Division is the only company of its kind with a dedicated US manufacturing facility. Focused on service, quality and strong client partnerships, the PAK 2000 Security Products Division provides the best in easy-to-manage, technologically superior, plastic security bags to a wide range of global businesses. The PAK 2000 Fine Packaging Division is the world leader in the manufacture and supply of high-quality carrier bags in paper and plastic, and serves a client roster featuring the most prestigious brand names around the globe.

Project - PAK 2000's goal was to create a strong direct marketing piece and use it to attract the business of companies within their target market. The mail piece would have to hold literature and samples of PAK 2000's security bags.

Solution - The highly successful solution involved designing a box with a gate closure and creating an illustration of a security truck for the exterior design of the box. Since PAK 2000's target market for this project was security companies, the design was very appropriate.

The piece became a highly successful mail campaign for PAK 2000 and is an award-winning piece for Scribble Graphics. We received top honors in two categories from the prestigious New England Direct Marketing Association. To learn more about our award click here.
