Watson Insurance - Manchester, New Hampshire
Company - New Hampshire web design client Watson Insurance Agency averages $25 million in sales yearly. The Watson Insurance Agency is the largest, independently-owned insurance agency in New Hampshire. The company which employs 23 agents is located in Manchester New Hampshire. They are a supplier of commercial, personal and group insurance. Watson's Personal Insurance line includes, auto, motorcycle, home and boat insurance. Their Group Insurance includes individual life, health, disability, dental, and long-term insurance.
Project - The Watson Insurance Agency contacted us to discuss building their first corporate web site. At the time, they had a web site their hosting company designed for them. In their words, the web design was so bad they wouldn't tell anyone they had a web site.
We met with Jim Watson and a few key leaders in the company to discuss the type of web site they wanted to build. Jim's main concern was capturing the New Hampshire market with a corporate web design that would give users the feeling that Watson Insurance was a reputable company. Jim also wanted the web site to take quote requests and deliver them to the corresponding departments at the company.
Results - The end web design is a corporate look and feel that reflects favorably on the Watson Insurance Agency. The web design builds confidence and trust in users which makes them want to explore the web site further. Once users are pulled in, a very intuitive navigation system allows them to navigate the site freely without any hassles.
When the project was completed the client was extremely happy with the results and they now promote the web site whenever possible. |
