Executive Virtual Assistant– Massachusetts

– Executive Office Assistant is located in Lowell, MA. With the creation of there new web site they now offer their services all over the country. Their services offered are as follows - office setup and design, vendor negotiations executive level presentations, merger and acquisition support, stock administration, human resources, coordinate all company events such as employee meetings, employee events, sales meetings, board of director meeting coordination, prepare complex travel itineraries, order literature coordinator, supervise office assistants and all other executive assistant responsibilities as required.
Project
– The owner of Executive Virtual Assistant wanted to create a professional web site that would showcase their services and attract potential clientele both in MA. and outside MA. Another requirement was to adhere to a limited budget as they were unsure as to how their new business would be accepted via the web.
Result
– The web design speaks for its self. A simple, professional web site that reflects well on the company and doesn't reflect design on a limited budget.
